Done deal! The governor and lawmakers gather to salute Act 145 of 2016, which adds more first responders under the Enforcement Officer Disability Benefits Law, also known to as the Heart and Lung Act.

Rep. Bizzarro, the governor and colleagues in the House and Senate celebrate enactment of Act 145 of 2016, which provides health care to airport firefighters, fire suppression instructors, fire and safety marshals, assistant fire marshals, forest patrolmen and technicians, and emergency medical services personnel employed within a city fire department.

Rep. Bizzarro heartily supported Act 145 of 2016, which added more first responders covered under the Enforcement Officer Disability Benefits Law, also known to as the Heart and Lung Act.
