I was proud to stand in support of House Bill 1890, which I am cosponsoring. The bill would update conditions where employers could pay different wages because of factors other than sex.
In Erie County, a woman earns 63 cents for every dollar a man makes. It is long past time to close the harmful wage gap in Pennsylvania.
