Abortion is a constitutionally protected right.

Abortion happens for many reasons: In cases of rape, incest, when the mother’s life is in danger, among others. That’s why the right for a person to make their own reproductive health care choices is vital. Politicians don’t belong in our doctors’ offices.

Republicans in the Pennsylvania General Assembly have introduced several anti-abortion bills recently and, right now, the only thing standing in the way of abortion bans becoming law in Pennsylvania is Gov. Tom Wolf’s veto pen.

Abortion access across the U.S., including here in PA, is under attack.

That’s why you need to make your voice heard. Tell the Republicans who control the General Assembly to keep their bans off your body!

Your message will be sent to:
Speaker of the House Bryan Cutler; Senator Jake Corman; Representative Kathy Rapp; Senator Michelle Brooks; Your Representative; Your Senator.

Subject line:
Stop trying to ban constitutionally protected health care

Email Body:

When is abortion the right choice for a person to make?

In cases of rape? Incest? When the woman’s life is at risk?

The choices that get made around reproductive health are sometimes complex, so complex that the Republican Party doesn’t agree on exactly when abortion should and should not be permitted. That’s why choice is so important.

People should make their own choices regarding reproductive health care with their physicians, and politicians should stay out of doctors’ offices.

Fortunately, abortion is a constitutionally protected right.

Please, stop pushing forward legislation to ban or limit abortion in Pennsylvania and tell your colleagues to stop pushing forth such legislation.
