Davis to hold Policy Committee hearing on School and Business Partnerships Wednesday in McKeesport

MCKEESPORT, Sep. 27 – In alignment with the House Democratic Caucus’ Plan4PA, state Rep. Austin Davis, D-Allegheny, announced that he will host a House Democratic Policy Committee public hearing to discuss school and business partnerships. 

The hearing will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3 at the Consortium for Public Education, 1100 Industry Road, McKeesport.  

Davis said he requested the hearing to discuss the importance of education funding and how to better support school and business partnerships. Davis will be joined by a number of state representatives from across the commonwealth, including Policy Committee Chairman Mike Sturla, D-Lancaster.
