Democratic and Republican members of the House and Senate play in the seventh annual Capitol All-Stars Softball Game, which was held on City Island. The funds raised will go to Hunger-Free Pennsylvania and Feeding Pennsylvania, charitable, non-profit organizations that work to feed more than two million hungry Pennsylvanians. This bipartisan event has raised nearly $450,000 to date and benefits every legislative district in the state's 67 counties

October 3, 2022 - Stormwater Management & Infrastructure Impact

The House Democratic Policy Committee convened a hearing in Montgomery County to discuss stormwater management and the impact it has on community infrastructure. The hearing was hosted by Rep. Joe Webster at the Upper Providence Township Building.

Webster: Protecting Veterans Private Information

Rep. Joe Webster is working to pass a collection of bills to benefit veterans, including one of his own bills. He says that the state asks veterans to register their military personnel documents with their county so they or their dependents can access them later in life. Current law states that this information is protected for 75 years. As life expectancy increases, he wants to increase that protection time to 85 years to ensure privacy and protection for veterans.
