White announces $13,442 grant to fund historical organization

HARRISBURG, Aug. 8 – State Rep. Jesse White, D-Washington/Allegheny/Beaver, announced that the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum has been awarded a $13,442 grant from the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission. 
 
"This funding provides a great opportunity to support projects that preserve the heritage of Pennsylvania," White said. "The Pennsylvania Trolley Museum is a wonderful place that allows the public to learn about the history of our state."
 
The Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission is responsible for assisting nonprofit and local organizations with the collection, conservation and interpretation of Pennsylvania's historic heritage.
