According to the 2017 Caseload Statistics of the Unified Judicial System of PA, DWI/DUI cases made up the most offenses in PA with 41,434 cases filed (25.1% of offenses),  followed by property-related crimes with 39,793 cases filed, and drug-related crimes with 38, 197 cases filed.
